Office Services Associate
Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for an Office Services Associate in Boston, Massachusetts. This role operates within the Financial Services industry and requires the successful candidate to perform a variety of office and customer service tasks. As an Office Services Associate, you will be rotating between multiple offices, handling mail, assisting with reprographics, and potentially covering light reception duties. Responsibilities: • Ensuring the smooth operation of office functions • Handling and sorting incoming mail, with a focus on confidentiality and accuracy • Assisting with reprographic duties, including multifunction and binding tasks • Providing light receptionist duties when required, including managing multi-line phone systems and transferring calls • Assisting with the setup and cleanup of catering for office events • Stocking office pantries and ensuring a clean and organized workspace • Moving and arranging office furniture as required • Providing excellent customer service by answering queries and resolving issues • Assisting with warehouse management and deliveries • Utilizing digital tools for efficient communication and record-keeping • Demonstrating strong organizational skills in all tasks.
