Services include but are not limited to reprographics (copy) and mail services in both physical and digital environments, with support for services in hospitality, facilities, and other Williams Lea service lines as needed.
Job Responsibilities:
Organize & restock office supplies dailyDeliver mail and packages throughout the client locationScan all incoming mail using client based digital mail applicationMaintain cleanliness of mailroom and supply room throughout the dayPreparing UPS and other shipments, arranging messenger pick-up/deliveriesCopying & binding (not often)Provide supply boxes to all new hiresAssist colleagues with special project requests if neededProvide excellent customer servicePrevious mailroom experience is essential, ideally gained within a law firmExcellent computer skills including Microsoft softwareExceptionally presented and professional at all timesAdaptable, flexible and a team playerJob Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent.Must be able to lift to 50 lbs.Minimum (1) year office services experience preferably in a legal, banking or large corporate environment.Skilled in the use of fax, mail, phone & and/or digital reprographics equipment.Familiar with general fax, mail and reprographics proceduresAttention to detail.Must have good organizational skills.Must be able to meet deadlines and complete all projects in a timely manner.Ability to handle sensitive and/or confidential documents and information.Able to make independent decisions that conform to business needs and policy.Good problem-solving skills, with the ability and understanding of when to escalate a problem to a supervisory level.Good written communication skills.Must work well in a team environment.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Professional telephone demeanor.Must be self-motivated with positive can-do attitude.Proven customer service skills are required to create, maintain and enhance customer relationships.Must be able to communicate and interact effectively with multi-functional and diverse backgroundsWho we are: In a rapidly changing world, the ability to innovate and break new ground drives progress.
