Office Services Support
POSITION PROFILE
This is part time position - Monday, Wednesday, Friday 8:30am – 12:30pm
This position will support client facilities services in a small corporate environment. Services provided to client include overall maintenance of space, vendor escorts, small move management, conference room maintenance, landlord interface, and other support. The right candidate will be an integral part of our talented team, supporting our continued growth.
JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Performs facility walkthroughs and reports of findings Liaise with landlord and customer on building and site issues including parking management, elevator access id’s, etc Troubleshoot AV issues and advise of findings Manage office supplies as required by customer Receives customer requests and inquiries via phone, email and instant messenger and responds within established timelines. Documenting and maintaining all procedures, data, logs and supporting documents according to management guidelines and maintaining detailed files of such. Maintain the highest levels of customer care while demonstrating a friendly and cooperative attitude Adhere to both RICOH and Customer policies and procedures. Perform various departmental duties as requestedQUALIFICATIONS (Education, Experience, and Certifications)
Requires high school diploma or GED and 1-2 years of related work experience. Demonstrate competency in computer skills including proficiency in MS Office SuiteKNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
Ability to multitask and manage a fluctuating workload. Ability to make effective decisions. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a high degree of accuracy and minimal supervision. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Ability to develop specific goals and plans to prioritize, organize, and accomplish assigned tasks. Ability to review, understand, and follow general instructions. Ability to prepare, provide, and convey diversified information to a broad spectrum of recipients.WORKING CONDITIONS, MENTAL AND PHYSICAL DEMANDS
Typically works in an office environment with adequate lighting, ventilation, and a normal range of temperature and noise levels. Requires daily contact with internal and external customers. Work assignments are diversified, and there is often no precedent for problems encountered. Ability to review and understand general instructions.
