Payable FLSA Non-Exempt Full Time/Part Time Full Time Department Accounts Payable Campus Central Campus Location Central Campus Hourly Rate 11.91 Hours Full-time, indicate working hours - M-Th 7:30-5:30 Fri-7:30-11:30 Summary of Position This position is responsible for processing vendor’s invoices in payment of goods and services received then maintain the check back-up for future reference and audit. They will advise office policies and procedures to staff and assume some of the supervisor’s duties in their absence. Minimum Required Education A high school diploma or GED required. Associate’s Degree preferred. Minimum Required Experience Four years wage earning clerical experience, or certification / successful completion of relevant trade school and one year wage earning clerical experience.
