Arizona State University’s School of Social Work, within the Watts College of Public Service and Community Solutions, is seeking an Office Supervisor. Under administrative direction, the Office Supervisor will coordinate and direct the activities and functions of the Tucson School of Social Work (SSW) campus. Working with the Tucson SSW Program Coordinator, the Supervisor will ensure that the goals and objectives of the ASU Tucson School of Social Work are met in accordance with priorities, time constraints, funding limitations, and other specifications. The role also includes supervising, scheduling, and monitoring students and clerical office employees as assigned.
This position is based at the Tucson campus and on-site work will be required.

Employment is contingent upon successful passing of the background check.OpenActivities are performed in an environmentally controlled office setting subject to extended periods of sitting, keyboarding and manipulating a computer mouse.Frequently required to stand for varying lengths of time and walk moderate distances to perform work.Regular activities require ability to quickly change priorities which may include and/or are subject to resolution of conflicts.Clearly communicate to perform essential functions.Use office equipment including a calculator, telephone, computer (monitor, keyboard and mouse), printer, fax and copier.This position receives regular review of objectives.Office location is at the Tucson Arizona State University School of Social Work Campus, 340 N. Commerce Park Loop, Suite 250, Tortolita Building.Six years of office/clerical experience, which includes two years of lead experience; OR, Associate's degree in Office Administration, Business Administration or a related field AND four years of clerical/administrative experience which includes two years of lead experience; OR, Any equivalent combination of experience and/or education from which comparable knowledge, skills and abilities have been achieved.
