Position Summary:

 

Oversees numerous office functions, including but not limited to clerical work, word processing, data maintenance, report filing, and telecommunications response.

     

Responsibilities:

 
Establishes work procedures and standards to improve efficiency and effectiveness of assigned operations
Responsible for ensuring compliance with established corporate standards and reviewing and evaluating the work and performance of subordinates
Has authority for personnel actions and oversees most day to day operations of group
Performs a variety of tasks
Reports to a manager or head of a unit/department
Performs other related duties as assigned
Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within the field
Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals
Regular and predictable attendance is an essential job function
Competent to meet age specific needs of the unit assigned

       

Requirements and Minimum Qualifications:

 
Associate’s degree required
Minimum 3 years' related experience required
Previous management experience preferred

       

Working Conditions:

 
Must be able to maintain a sitting position
Typical equipment used in an office job
Repetitive movements
