Our Specialty Equipment Services division is in search of a Office Support Analyst to join our team. This position will be in our downtown, Cincinnati office and will offer a hybrid work schedule post our initial training period.

We are looking for: An individual who is comfortable with technology and committed to providing robust, concise, and transparent results, clear communication, and extraordinary service.
This person will work in our digital products group to help manage solutions for our internal and external customers.
High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred.
2 - 4 years of experience with Microsoft Office, Teams, and SharePoint
Experience that includes monitoring communications, organizing and prioritizing information, and reviewing items for accuracy

Responsibilities
Maintain files and information related to client implementation and product documentation, checking for accuracy and consistency
Maintain data in systems and apps that support digital products
Track requests related to service tickets, monitoring email and synching SharePoint information
Assist in the organization and preparation of reports, presentations (PowerPoint) and other key documents for internal communications
Assist in planning and preparation for team meetings and workshops
May communicate with internal/external customers to resolve/track unidentified/misrouted information.
Participates in processes/projects such as reviewing impact to current policies/practices for system installs/upgrades, changes in functions and/or services, etc.
Builds partnerships with all areas of the business in order to effectively address customer issues.
Performs other duties as assigned.
