We're on the lookout for an enthusiastic **Office Team Lead** to join our supportive and friendly crew, working directly with our major client, Placemaking NSW, right in the heart of The Rocks. **Here’s a snapshot of your day:** + Oversee daily office operations for 33 staff members and lead team support desk activities, including the supervision of one team member. + Provide a friendly, high level of customer service and be a professional point of contact for members of the public (visitors), contractors, tenants and retailers, for any queries or concerns. + Handle incoming calls, emails for maintenance requests from tenants, public enquiries, contractor requests and complaints within the agreed timeframe. + Work with the Facilities Management team and provide procedural support + Manage the on and off boarding process of employees + Raise Purchase orders accurately in the PULSE system, coordinate catering and internal team events as needed + Manage all office and stationery provisions and adhoc duties to the Operations Manager and greater team **Here's what you'll need to succeed;** + We are looking for a high energy, positive minded, self-starter who prides themselves on being a team player! You will need to demonstrate the ability to work as both part of a team and autonomous. + Team leader or team assistant experience required, with a strong preference for backgrounds in the property industry is advantageous but not essential + Strong administration skills, intermediate proficiency in outlook, word and excel, accuracy, attention to detail, organisational and time management skills + Excellent communications skills with the ability to build professional business relationships This is a full time, five-day-a-week office-based role.
