We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as an Officer, Business Support (15 months fixed term contract). The role provides full secretarial administrative works/ coordinator/ consolidator/ departmental support to the team, employees or groups within the organization, may support a single party or multiple parties.

Principal Responsibilities

Handle administrative/office work and support the administrative/office work for team membersInvoice settlement, Fusion handling, follow up the invoice with various teams/departments, etc Provide office administrative/office support for Pension Admin and ad hoc office administrative tasks as requested To assist staff engagement activities, exchange/focus group, events, services and managing supplies - assist to deliver and distribute fruit/soups/snacks/food etc. for Pension Admin Handle review exercises for Pension Administration Handle enquiries from GSC, Pension Admin and other departments Tasks related to mailing/document/cheque delivery Handling incoming/outgoing/registered mails and courier packages Register of incoming mails Sorting mails from Post Office Daily rounds across Pension Admin/HBT mailroom for mails collection delivery Internal mails circulation Collect/deliver CPC bags/documents. Deliver diskettes/reports Collect cheques bounced CQ from lock box and diskettes from Autopay Coordinate with DHL for the ad hoc courier collection service including contact DHL Handling both inbound and outbound cheques Filled in cheque slips and scan cheques Manage refreshment and snacks as required Stock take for copy paper replenishment Perform facilities setup or meeting room setting and related arrangement Required to take heavy stuff during the work process Support office relocation project, if anyClear the daily tasks in a timely manner and to meet the tight deadline
