About this role
Support the change management office to enhance agility in delivering change management tools and across the organization to enhance change adoption while maximizing employee experience.
Your role will consist ofIn this role, the individual will:
Implement and maintain the Change Office Discovery site.Maintain and enhance change tools and templates, in alignment with Change Team and Community of Practice.Assist with Change Office budget, resource tracking and charge out allocation.Supervise and support change metrics tracking.Coordinate change office trainings and capability follow-up.Provide functional support for enterprise projects as assigned.Develop and maintain the change office project plan.Your training, skills, and experience checklistEducation:
Bachelor’s degree in organizational psychology, organizational development, business administration, social sciences or related fieldChange Management fundamentals: Competent in developing and maintaining tools, templates, and resources used for change management. Website and Site Management: Experience with Sharepoint, website management or content management systems for maintaining the Change Office Discovery site.Communication Tools: Proficiency with communication platforms (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint) for effective information dissemination and coordination.Competent in developing content.ADKAR FundamentalsBudget and Resource Tracking: Proficiency in using financial tracking systems or tools for managing budgets, resources, and charge allocations.Metrics Tracking and Reporting: Ability to track, analyze, and report on change management metrics using relevant software or tools.Experience in coordinating and supporting programs and follow-up activities. Experience in administrative support, including managing resources, budgets, and tracking metrics. The salary range offered for this role is USD $80,750-99,750. The salary range is tied to the Colorado market for jobs performed in Colorado. The salary offer to the successful candidate will be based on job-related education, training, and/or experience. The salary offer will not be based on a candidate’s salary history at other jobs, and by law, Newmont will not seek information about salary history, and candidates should not share such information with Newmont.
This role will be eligible for participation in a discretionary annual bonus program, pursuant to which an employee may be awarded a percentage of their salary based on the company’s performance and their own individual performance.
