POSITION SUMMARY:

The Officer, Compliance & Administration assists in preparing and releasing internal communication and memoranda, maintaining the various files and documents of the department, handling DreamCentral, as well as assisting in the application and processing of employment-related permits.

The employee will also assist in handling disciplinary cases and process improvements related to the Code of Conduct.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Assists the Senior Manager in developing and maintaining the Company’s intranet and other online processes.Assists the Senior Manager in handling the Company’s internal communication and policies and procedures.Assists the Senior Manager in preparing and tracking HR templates.Assists the Senior Manager in handling monitoring and application of employment related permits and licenses (e.g. Parañaque permits, visa and other work permits, gaming employment licenses, etc.) for all employees.Assists the Senior Manager in preparing and disseminating related collaterals and documentation.Assists the Senior Manager in ensuring that proper records and documentation are kept and filed.Assists the Senior Manager with DOLE and PAGCOR compliance and audit.Assists the Senior Manager in handling disciplinary cases, including drafting of relevant memos, attending administrative hearings and implementing process improvements related to the Code of ConductPerforms tasks and / or fulfills responsibilities that may be assigned by the management and / or immediate superior as the business operations require.

KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS:

Policies, Internal Communication and HR templates are uploaded in DreamCentral Initial drafting and releasing of memos/ internal communicationMaintains copies and filing system of HR templates, policies and other documentsGEL compliance for all covered employeesTimely preparation of reportorial requirements for DOLE and PAGCORInitial drafting of Show Cause Memos/ Notice of Decision; monitoring and extend assistance to covered business units in Kaizen SCM process

QUALIFICATIONS:

I. Experience

Preferably has a minimum of one (1) year experience in the casino/hotel industry.

College degree

III. Skills / Competencies

Excellent oral and written communication skills in EnglishProficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Power PointAble to embrace a fast-paced working environment
