Overview of the role:
This role is part of the ERP Business Systems and Group Finance team who service our customers with direct Support, Training and implementations of Projects and process improvements and application management solutions.
This role will benefit those who have a financial background who like to take on new challenges to service customers in business, who possess great communications and service skills and are equipped with problem solving skill with using ERP and systems.
Responsibilities:
A good portion of the role will be spent working on projects and improvements to improve user and business experiences may require gathering, scoping, designing, documenting solving and mapping solutions as neededCollaborate with implementations and project execution and ensuring best practices and standardisations are achieved A first point of contact on Support functions with a centralized helpdesk to cover a global zone cover using helpdesk tools also from emails, phone and walk in etc.Using their communication skills to Train users, scheduling and upkeep of training material including documentation, online training and e-learning packages, for the application portfolioProvide expert level of Sound business and technical support internally and externally, which may require troubleshooting, reproducing resolving report authoring or optimizing or process review and improvement utilizing your financial strengths to assist the business departmentsTo administer user access controls and access and access reviewsVendor and management of issues that are escalated to vendorsAd hoc work on other Group Projects as neededPerform other duties as requiredFollow internal and best practice controls to uphold Audit practicesTravel as requiredPrioritise the needs of each Request, by Operation, and Users, in conjunction with day-to-day tasks and Project deadlines and ensure end user efficiencyQualifications:
Tertiary Qualifications, Financial and Supply Chain Qualifications preferred2-3 years Pronto preferred experience in Supporting Business Roles, would be advantageousProven Business Acumen knowledge, training and Service Helpdesk experienceMS office Suite, Helpdesk utilities, Reporting toolsExperience:
Experience with ERP Systems, Pronto preferred or other ERP applicationsAbility to prioritize and control workload arising from a broad user base.Ability to work constructively in a team environment.Strong customer focus and commitment to the provision of quality services.Well-developed skills in:1. Business systems and business knowledge2. Problem solving and analytical skills3. Communication, negotiating and interpersonal skillsPersonal characteristics:
