Overall Objectives of the role

高效、準確執行日常運營作業; 例如客戶支付/結算/發票/稅務以及可支援爭議交易作業。

符合以及達成內外部門“服務水平標準”。

監督以及確保營運作業符合雙重控制。

具備風險及異常交易判斷能力並即時向主管報備。

遵守內部規範,確保日常執行交易符合規範。

Responsibilities

以高效和準確的方式執行日常工作。

向管理層提供交易分析報告,確保日常交易處理符合服務水平標準,並以持續的服務質量滿足內部和外部客戶的滿意度。

良好的內部部門溝通和協調交易流程並保持服務品質。

具備與外包供應商、銀行、信用卡組織等外部各方溝通和協調能力以解決日常運營問題。

具備創建作業流程能力以符合作業規範 , 並協助新產品或作業異動之操作手冊編輯工作。

具備風險及異常交易判斷能力並即時向主管報告。

遵守內部規範,確保日常執行交易符合規範。

Qualifications and Requirements

1-3 年信用卡相關經驗

具備信用卡相關營運知識

擅長 Excel 和 Word 等 MS Office 工具

良好的中英文寫作和閱讀能力

具備銀行內稽內控等證書佳
