Provide administrative support to Procurement manager in relation to the third party risk management processProvide ongoing support for all third-party engagement classification in Ariba and ServiceNowWork closely and liaise with Support Desk and SMEs in TPRM processProvide support to Procurement Manager and stakeholders on facilitating all third-party due diligence process.Perform any ad hoc projects as assigned

Job Requirements:

Degree holder in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Business Administration or related fields.At least 3 years of experience with risk management, governance knowledge or procurementProactive, self-motivated and independentMulti-tasking and able to meet tight deadlineGood interpersonal and communication skillsStrong command in English and ChineseProficiency in MS Office applications and Sharepoint
