POSITION SUMMARY: 職位概要:

The Officer, Security is responsible for monitoring all activities on the company Casino premises to ensure the safety and security of customers, staff and company property and for providing effective support to all departments.

保安員的職務主要是負責看管公司及賭場內的所有活動,確保公司環境、員工及顧客的安全,並且提供各部門的支援。

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: 主要職責:

Work with Colleagues and Customers

Maintain an effective relationship with staff and customers within the work environment by presenting a professional image and dealing with incidents in a discreet and confidential manner appropriate to the situation

同事、客戶及工作間的關係

與員工及顧客保持良好的關係以提高工作的專業形象,並且以具專業的態度處理突發事件

Manage Own Performance

Effectively manage and maintain own quality of work performance conduct completing all tasks as directedContribute to the effective functioning of the Team and the Department

Work in a Socially Diverse Environment

Maintain the Security of Premises, Property and Personnel

Ensure a safe and secure environment for staff and customers by performing roving and static security functions at assigned posts and areas and assisting other property Macau Departments in this functionTake appropriate actions to prevent loss or damage to the property and respond to all emergencies and alarms as requested and directed

維護公司的財產及員工的安全

通過在指定的崗位和領域上執行工作,並要為各部門的員工提供安全的環境。懂得採取適當的行動,防止公司財產上的損失,按照公司指引應對突發事宜

Control Crowds

Monitor the access/exit of persons from premises when assigned and provide support to others in this function when directedMonitor and manage crowd levels within the work environment

人流管理

監控及管理出/入口的人流數量,擔當提供支援及指揮的工作。

Maintain Safety of Premises and Personnel

Effectively participate in the management of potential safety hazards including fire alarms, emergency situations, bomb threats and building evacuation

維持公司的財產及人員的安全

有效地了解潛在的安全隱患,包括防火警報器。懂得在緊急情況下,例如炸彈威脅等案件中進行人群疏散及危機處理

Deal with Conflict Situations

Maintain and apply skills to deal with conflict situations that occur within the work environment in an appropriate manner and as per company policies

處理突發事情

根據公司的守則,適當地運用技巧應對工作環境內的情況

Manage Intoxicated Persons

Maintain and apply skills to deal with the management of intoxicated persons within the work environment in an appropriate manner and in accordance with company policy

管理醉酒人士

根據公司的守則,運用技巧適當地處理工作環境內的醉酒人士

Escort and Carry Valuables

Escort and/or carry valuables as assigned or directedValuables may include the transportation of chips and cash as well as documentation

維護貴重的隨身物品

為公司部門或顧客的隨身物品護航。貴重物品的運輸護航包括籌碼、現金及文檔等

Perform Other Duties as Directed

Perform all duties as directed by superiors or the delegated authorities and in accordance with all Policies and Procedures, laws and regulations applicable to the Department and MELCO

Adhere to all company policies and proceduresReport accidents, injuries and unsafe work conditions to superiors and relevant departmentsPerform other reasonable job duties as assigned by superiors from time to time

執行其他指派的任務

執行所有由上級指派的任務,並且根據所有政策、程序及法律法規完成任務

嚴格遵守公司政策及守則當發現突發意外、工傷及非安全工作環境時,需向上級及相關部門作出及時的匯報時而履行主任選派之其他合理職務

Education & Experience:

Experience in Customer Service and or Security Officer dutiesDemonstrated teamworkVerbal English and/or Cantonese, Mandarin an advantage

學歷及經驗:  

具有客戶服務及/或保安工作經驗具團隊精神能用英語及/或廣東話對話交流;能操普通話優先考慮
