POSITION SUMMARY:
The main responsibility of the Officer, Training & Administration is to assist Training & Administration team to facilitate new team member training for Altira, SC and COD. Producing data and reports, in a timely, accurately, and consistently with the company policies and guidelines.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Work with relevant Department in administering the patron coding process Data and reports related to coding are produced accurately and timelyWork closely with Strategic Marketing Team in relates to codingResponsible for tracking of coding requestOccasionally perform analyses in relating to the patron codingFacilitating new team member trainingCoordinate with different Resorts Marketing team for their training needsPerform other duties as assignedAdhere to and act in accordance with all established policies and procedures of the CompanyQUALIFICATIONS:
Experience
Strong copywriting and translating skills in English, Traditional and Simplified ChineseFamiliarity with gaming industry preferred.Minimum 1 year of administration or training experienceEducation
High School Degree, College education in Marketing or related field preferred.Skills / Competencies
Strong editing skills required and an excellent command of verbal and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin language skills are essential.Strong attention to detail and the ability to work accurately under pressureCompetent computer literacy, including Word, Excel, PowerPointFlexible in working hoursFriendly, energetic and enthusiasticStrong time management and organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously without compromising on qualityAble to work independently or with minimum supervisingAble to make decision within authority
