This is a hands-on Developer position in State Street Global Technology Services ERM systems, used by the business to manage risk. We are looking for candidate who is ready to work with new technologies and architectures in a forward-thinking organization that’s always pushing boundaries. The ideal candidate has experience in SAS programming, SAS administration and Statistical analysis and experience in Model Risk Management platform

What you will be responsible for

As a Developer you will

Responsible for all aspects of the software development lifecycle, including coding, integration testing, deployment, and documentation of Model Risk Management PlatformPerform administration activities for SAS Model Risk Management platformConfigure SAS MRM platform using SAS programmingDevelop ETL programs and create reportsWork collaboratively within an agile project teamFollow best practices and coding standardsAbility to drive change through collaboration, influence and demonstration of POCs.Develop custom configurable frameworks/libraries

1-2 years of overall software industry and development cycle exposureStrong knowledge of SAS Programming and SAS AdministrationExperience with SAS Client toolsExperience in Model Risk Management PlatformExperience in Python programming is a plusPreferred SAS Certified programmerGood understanding on public cloud, preferably AWSGood understanding of Unix OS and shell scriptingExperience working in a multi-developer environment, using version control (i.e. Git)Strong critical thinking, communication, and problem-solving skills

Education & Preferred Qualifications

B.S. degree in Computer Science or related field

Salary Range:

$75,000 - $120,000 Annual

The range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the primary location above, the applicable range could differ.
