Roles and Responsibilities Lead the development and execution of horticultural plans and projects at the Mundra location Ensure the maintenance and preservation of landscaping and greenery within the industrial premises Supervise a team of horticulturists and gardeners, providing guidance and support for their professional development Implement sustainable horticultural practices to support Adani's commitment to environmental responsibility Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate horticultural elements into broader infrastructure and construction projects Monitor and manage the budget for horticultural initiatives, ensuring cost-effective solutions Develop and implement strategies for pest and disease management in the horticultural areas Conduct regular inspections and assessments to maintain the highest standards of horticultural excellence Stay updated with the latest trends and innovations in horticulture, recommending and implementing best practices Education Qualification Bachelor's degree in Horticulture, Agriculture, or related field Master's degree in Horticulture or relevant discipline (preferred) Experience 7 years of experience in horticulture within the industrial sector Demonstrated experience in leading and executing horticultural projects Proven track record of maintaining landscaping and greenery in an industrial environment
