Officer - HR Business Partner
Position Summary

Reporting to the VP - HRBP, the Officer - HRBP will provide administrative support to the team on all HR related issues in accordance with GEG policies and procedures. This position will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations and administration of the team.

Primary Responsibility Provide general administrative and secretarial support Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence Maintain and manage daily agendas, schedules and calendar events Arrange and coordinate conferences, meetings, appointments etc. Prepare and disseminate memorandums, email correspondence, routine letters, etc. Develop and maintain paper and electronic filing systems for records, correspondence, and other materials Conduct market research, support and facilitate the completion of regular reports and analysis Operate electronic mail systems and coordinate the flow of information both internally and externally Support in office management including ordering and dispensing supplies Provide support to key Team Member life cycle processes such as Recruitment and Team Member Movement, Complaint Handling, Team Member onboarding and exit, Investigation, Disciplinary Actions, Team Member counseling, HR reporting, etc. Perform other duties as assigned Requirements Diploma or University graduate Minimum 2 years or above secretarial and clerical experience Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese Proficient in MS Office software, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing Strong communications and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with people at all levels Mature, independent, well organize, able to handle multi-tasks and work under pressure
