Principal Responsibilities

Ensure the cheque operations to be completed under a tight processing time window and all internal or external cut-off time(s) are met dailyEnsure all internal procedure(s) are up-to-date and our operations are strictly in compliance with group policies, guidelines and regulatory requirements Incident escalation to management in a timely mannerPrepare and provide accurate monthly reports for billing and management reportingConduct periodic review on existing controls to ensure operational risk is contained and introduce new one if neededAssist in process streamlining initiatives, project implementation and conduct User Acceptance Test (UAT)Liaison with internal stakeholders Reporting potential Financial Crime Activities Handle and complete ad-hoc assigned task(s) on time
