ROLE SUMMARY
The IT Officer is responsible for the IT support activities according to procedures. The role holder is also responsible for ensuring the IT business unit documentation and updates on unit hardware.

ROLE PROFILE

Managing Daily prices updates and POS promotions.Install and configure computer hardware operating systems and applications.Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks.Talk staff through a series of actions, to help set up systems or resolve issue.Provide support, including procedural documentation and relevant reports.Follow diagrams and written instructions to repair a faults or set up a system.Conduct electrical safety checks on computer equipment.Participate in professional development opportunities to improve leadership and technical skills pertaining to the direct line of work.

REQUIREMENTS

High School Diploma or equivalent.IT certification is preferred.0-2 years of relevant experience.Excellent listening abilities.High attention to detail.Good problem solving skills.
