Officer - Infrastructure Analyst - Change Management - Philippines (Hybrid)

The Infrastructure Analyst 1 / Change Analyst 1 - Review changes, facilitate CAB meetings, and generate CAB reports.
**Responsibilities:**
+ Review changes as per the SLA.
+ Generate CAB agenda and facilitates CAB call.
+ Assist the stakeholders on their queries, escalate issues as appropriate
+ Exchange ideas and information in a concise and clear manner
+ Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.
**Qualifications:**
+ Previous relevant experience preferred
+ Effective written and verbal communication skills
+ Effective analytic/diagnostic skills
+ Ability to work with virtual and in-person teams, and work under pressure or to a deadline
+ Demonstrated knowledge of operational process changes and improvement
+ ITIL Certification is an added advantage
**Education:**
+ Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience
