Are you detail-oriented and passionate about producing high-quality printed materials? We are seeking an experienced Offset Press Operator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be at the core of the printing process, ensuring smooth operations and exceptional results.

What You’ll Do

Press Operations:

Prepare and start up the offset press, ensuring all necessary materials are stocked and ready for production.Load and adjust ink fountains, calibrate rollers, and perform ink readings throughout the shift.Mount printing plates and run print jobs while consistently monitoring output to maintain top-quality standards.

Team Collaboration:

Work closely with Bindery, Quality Control, Prepress teams, and Leadership to ensure seamless coordination across departments.Provide proactive communication to address challenges and maintain workflow efficiency.

Maintenance and Clean-Up:

Conduct scheduled preventive maintenance to ensure equipment remains in peak condition.Perform end-of-shift clean-up procedures to maintain a safe, organized workspace.

Other Responsibilities:

Take on additional tasks as needed to contribute to the success of the multi-skilled production team.

Qualifications

Physical Requirements:

Must be able to stand, kneel, bend and walk for 8 - 10 hours a day. Must be able to lift 35 lbs regularly and 50 lbs on occasion. Must wear hearing protection on the production floor at all times.
