Airswift has been tasked to find an OFFSHORE COMPANY SITE REPRESENTATIVE to work for one of our major Oil and Gas costumers based in Luanda, Angola. Contract Duration: 6 months contract Start date: February 2025 Work Schedule: Rotation: 28x28 – 12 hours/day – day shift Location: Luanda, onboard Light Construction Vessel Professional Experience: minimum 10 years of experience in similar position. More than 5 years of experience with project supervision in relation with SURF Offshore activities. Participation to a recent deep-water project with umbilical laying and spools installation is expected. Level/Diploma: Engineer or equivalent Language: English mandatory
Activities: To adopt and demonstrate an exemplary behaviour regarding Company "Code of Conduct" and HSE rules and regulations. To implement H3SE rules and requirements within his area of responsibility, and to comply with HSE training requirements for the position. To be informed of the appropriate Company / Project Rules and Specifications (CR’s/GS’s/PPS’s), international norms and standards, taking knowledge from them to application to the Project. To supervise and control the offshore activities performed by SURF Contractor from the Light Construction Vessel, ensure the fully compliancy of the offshore operations with: -Agreed procedures and installation analysis.
 -Project specifications.
-Discipline requirements and international norms and standards.
-The required level of Quality and Safety.
Raise consequently necessary comments, highlight unsafe work and ensure that any deviation to an agreed procedure will be covered by the agreed Management Of Change (MOC) process. 4. To ensure that the daily activities performed by the Light Construction Vessel are in compliance with the planned To participate to daily coordination meeting with SURF Contractor. To be RSES/RSES-D onboard the Light Construction Vessel with the main objective to ensure at Site that: • Any COMOPS/SIMOPS activities involving other vessels will be performed in accordance with agreed project procedure. Any emergency is managed in accordance with the agreed Emergency Response Plan (ERP). To ensure adequate and timely reporting to the SURF Operation Manager by daily report and daily phone call (progress, concerns), and, as a general manner, anticipates problems, optimizes, improves, offers solutions with regards to offshore operation associated with other vessels. To give support to SURF Operation Manager for the anticipation of the need for SPS Contractor personnel and MWS onboard the vessel. To ensure the interfaces between MWS and SURF Contractor onboard the vessel. To ensure that relevant certificates / check lists are ready and when relevant signed by COMPANY and MWS in due time (Ready for installation certificates, ICAPS sheets, pre-over boarding sheets...) To ensure onboard the vessel that relevant traceability tables are in place (for Rigging, SPS tools...). To lead and be responsible for the COMPANY team onboard the vessel To ensure confidentiality of all the documentation produced (whatever its support).
The Service holder is responsible, onboard the Light Construction Vessel, to ensure that COMPANY HSE standards are applied throughout the operations and participates to hazard assessments for any activity involving the vessel. He is the COMPANY’s focal point in case of an emergency onboard the vessel and ensures proper implementation of the Emergency Response Plan procedures

The Service holder is SURF Contractor’s focal point for day-to-day activities onboard the Light Construction Vessel. In a narrow coordination with the SURF Operation team based in Luanda, the Service holder shall:
-Supervise that the agreed procedures are respected during mobilization(s), transit(s) to site and all the offshore presence of the Light Construction Vessel at B17/CLOV Marine Restricted Area, mainly for the following activities performed onboard the vessel by SURF Contractor: Supply / Barge activities alongside or at close vicinity of the vessel. Transfer of equipment onboard the vessel. Deck operations. Umbilical Laying activities at Site. Lifting, over boarding, lowering and landing of subsea spools. Subsea Pre-commissioning works Subsea ROV works. Ensure that any modification of the agreed procedure is covered by the Management Of Change (MOC) agreed process; Raise Down Graded Situation (DGS) if required. Sign in due time and when satisfactory preparation level has been achieved each specific Ready For Installation certificate. Communicate with onshore support to: Plan the coming operations. Mobilise offshore relevant personnel, if required, from other packages. Review Management of Change (MOC) as required Communicate, in accordance with the defined project procedures, with COMPANY Representative acting onboard other vessel(s) working at Site in case of co-activities or SIMOPS activities. Communicate, in accordance with the defined project procedures, with FPSO RSES for all the SIMOPS activities. Ensure that the follow-up onboard the vessel of the SPS tools are in place. Ensure, when relevant, the interface onboard the vessel between MWS Representative and SURF Contractor and ensure, in accordance with MWS agreed scope, that relevant MWS certificate has been issued. Daily report activities on the vessel. Responsible for Fiche de liaison. The Service holder will lead the COMPANY supervision team onboard the vessel.
