Offshore Structures Engineering
Location: Pau, France
Contract Duration: 7 months (renewable)
Start date: 01/06/2025
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday
Responsibilities:
Offshore structure engineering service on both greenfield and brownfield projects for: Fixed platforms, jackets, topsides Topsides on floating supports Subsea structures Structural design, fabrication and installation Modification / Extension / Repair / Strengthening of existing offshore platforms Re-assessment of existing offshore structures, life extension studies Structural integrity studies Installation campaigns. Recommendations for design choices and technical solutions, with due regard for safety, environment, costs, planning. Optimization of structures Quality control, ensuring compliance with technical specifications and project-specific data Monitoring design and construction of structures Developing and supervising critical operations (launching, transport, float-over, lifting, anchoring and repair campaigns, etc.). Analysis of incidents and recommendations for corrective measures. Study audits. Requirements Strong experience in Offshore Structure Engineering in the domain Oil & Gas, acquired in both greenfield and brownfield projects. Proficiency in international design and construction codes. Rigorous and analytical approach, clear, detailed reports English is required. Context & Environment
Several projects in parallel, at various levels of development (development studies, project, support to operation). Service provided directly to the requesters (architects, projects, subsidiaries) under the authority of a Company representative.
