Offshore Supervisor

We are hiring an Offshore Supervisor who will coordinate and organize offshore operations to ensure they proceed safely and efficiently.
What will you do? Provide input regarding tools, facilities, and manpower at the assigned site. Check the presence and availability of drawings, instructions, regulations, materials, etc. Assist the offshore warehouse keeper and communicate with the coordination team regarding planning, work to be performed, and logistics. Distribute tasks and give assignments to subcontractors. Monitor the progress of the work and take appropriate actions when necessary. Provide feedback to the Offshore Coordinator regarding (future) performance of subcontractors. Ensure quality and safety on the work floor. Attend and participate in site meetings. Perform administrative tasks such as filling out reports, recording data for production and post-calculation, etc. Assist and guide the work activities. Requirements: Technical knowledge of offshore-related activities. Knowledge of offshore regulations and offshore lifting operations (rigger/slinger/banksman). You have VCA-VOL, GWO-Working at Heights, GWO-Sea Survival, GWO-Fire Awareness, GWO-(Enhanced) First Aid, GWO-Manual Handling and HUET (BOSIET) certificates. Knowledge of English, Dutch is a plus. Understanding of corrosion (NACE). Proficiency in MS Office. Flexibility regarding travel.
