To help provide customers with the best Prime Video experience, we are looking for an Out of Home Country (OHC) Launch Manager to lead the import and export of titles for the APAC & MENA region. We are looking for candidates with strong project management and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and earn trust with cross-functional teams, along with a strong bias for action to do what is right for the customer. This candidate must have a strong passion for APAC content, ranging from K-drama and Anime to Indian movies and series, along with the curiosity to learn about genres coming from other locations around the world.
As part of the APAC Programming Strategy team, this person will collaborate with our global OHC business team, local programming and marketing peers from around the world, and our Global Ops team, including Launch Quality and Localization owners. This role is responsible for representing APAC titles in regional and global mechanisms, ensuring partners understand the marketing and audience opportunities for each title. Similarly, this person will play a critical role in planning for content to travel into APAC from countries like Spain, UK, and Canada. With a content-forward background, a successful candidate will need to balance an understanding of operational requirements, regional audience needs and nuances, and the ability to optimize processes to help delight our customers.
The role requires experience in project management and standard marketing workstreams/workflow, such as campaign planning and asset coordination. Given the high number of titles and locations involved, the candidate must also have the ability to manage multiple projects and deliverables simultaneously. As this role is new to the APAC region, it also requires a willingness to ideate and develop processes for scale and efficiency. This is an opportunity to work cross-functionally on a dynamic team in a growing industry, with ample scope for self-development and space to innovate.
Key job responsibilities

- Accountable for OHC title slate co-campaign planning, creative development, and execution per Playbook.
- Secure marketing localization services and quality for APAC languages.
- Flag errors or challenges for customer content “consumption” in supporting territories.
- Build relationships with global teams and stakeholders, improving collaboration across regions (EU, LATAM, NA) and dedicated OHC teams.
- Shared regional responsibility with global counterparts: Monthly OHC Marketing Kickoffs, Weekly Marketing Email Updates, Campaign Tracking and Coordination, Cross-functional coordination with Asset Management, Localization, O&O.
- Develop program workflows/SOPs and document accordingly for clear training and transfer of information.
- Participate and provide feedback on centralized OHC mechanisms.
