Join us. **Job Description** + Manage the OHW team and support major ANZ projects, including capture planning and key market pursuits. + Develop and implement OHW sector client strategies, prioritization, and hold Project Director roles on key projects. + Collaborate with ANZ and global communities to secure key project opportunities and offer local solutions. + Work with VSA Rail Group Lead on business growth, talent retention, and rail strategy execution. + Support strategic growth of ANZ Rail business, facilitate strategy development, and enhance marketing/brand alignment. Please apply, all applications will be considered. **Qualifications** + Strong leadership abilities, including technical leadership, team building, and motivation. + Proven experience managing complex projects, meeting delivery requirements, and expertise in rail systems design. + OHW design experience, including 25kV and 1500DC systems; experience with Light Rail and 750V DC systems. + Skilled in preparing proposals, detailed tender submissions, negotiating contracts, and conducting technical reviews. + Chartered status, relevant professional accreditations (RPEV, RPEQ), rail industry working card, and competency in MTM/QR design/approval advantageous. \#Work180 **Additional Information** AECOM acknowledges the Traditional Owners and Custodians of the lands on which we, our clients and our communities live and work around Australia.
