Our Chemicals Team is Responsible for managing the activities within a production area to meet production, cost, quality and safety goals. thin a production area to meet production, cost, quality and safety goals. Plans, organizes and implements manufacturing procedures in accordance with managed quarterly and annual budgets.

The role is responsible to perform the daily operations of plants to ensure reliability and consistency on the production line.
You will be responsible for:
Overseeing and managing of front-line manufacturing employees (Typically managing hourly employee populations)
Leading a small manufacturing unit or a part of a bigger unit with a budget > $ 1.5 million
Performing quality assurance activities required by manufacturing or engineering specifications and ISO requirements to ensure compliance
Collaborating with cross-functional teams and customers to provide technical guidance and troubleshooting knowledge
Defining processes, IT tools, trainings, value stream, etc. to be used by the manufacturing community
Suggesting improvements in products, processes and procedures.
Following and recording internal HSE policies and procedures to ensure a safe and compliant environment
Fuel your passion
To be successful in this role you will:
Have 5+ years of relevant experience
Display an advanced mechanical aptitude and experience with general hand tools and precision measuring equipment
Demonstrate the ability to identify problems and be able to develop solutions
Have Bachelor in engineering from an accredited university
