Job Title: Business Analyst / Oil and Gas Analyst

Experience: 1-3 years

Main location: Bangalore
Employment Type: Full Time

Qualification: B.E / B. Tech in Petroleum Engineering

Skillset: WITS/WITSML, REALTIME DRILLING, LWD, ITIL, Petroleum Engineering

Responsibilities:

• Good knowledge on RT data handling - WITS and WITSML
• Good knowledge of Networking & ITIL Concepts
• Basic knowledge on Realtime Drilling aggregation, visualization, and troubleshooting
• Working experience in Realtime data visualization tools
• Replicating, Investigating, Troubleshooting & analysis of issues reported on applications
• Serve as an expert on Realtime drilling data management
• Collaborate with internal and external teams to support the applications
• Service improvement suggestions and upscaling the team
• Customer handling experience
• Member is expected to Fulfill Customer specific SLA’s and OLA’s
• Members need to be flexible to work in Shifts on rotation
