ZN Vostok (ZNV) is seeking a dedicated and experienced Oil production manager to join our team in Tehran. Our company is a pioneer in oil and gas production. As the Manager of Oil Production, you will lead and oversee all production activities, ensuring efficiency, safety, and compliance with industry standards.

Responsibilities:

Lead the planning and execution of production strategies to optimize output and efficiency.Ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe working environment.Monitor production processes and make adjustments to improve efficiency and reduce waste.Collaborate with engineering and technical teams to implement innovative production methods.Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of production equipment to minimize downtime.Prepare reports on production performance and recommend improvements to senior management.Manage and develop production staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and learning.Coordinate with supply chain and logistics to ensure timely delivery of materials and resources.

Requirements:

Master's degree in Engineering fields with a focus on Petroleum, Oil, or Gas.Proven experience in managing production operations in the oil and gas industry.Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a diverse team.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with stakeholders.Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards in the oil production industry.Ability to adapt to changing industry trends and new technologies.
