OIM Business Process Advisory - HCM

Role description: Deliver process management activities for HCM functional domain within the OIM team.

Role accountabilities:

Collaboration:

Collaborates with OIM team, OOO domain teams, and local roll-out teams to scope, plan, design, and deliver process management activities for Oracle Cloud solutions. Proactively engages with project stakeholders to define business requirements and activities for successful Oracle Cloud implementations. Advises other OEA teams on process management and implementation activities.

Oracle Process Business Management:

Responsible in guiding the business on Oracle standard functionality and documenting requirements for localizations and customizations. Ensures global standardization and cohesion in the Oracle Cloud solution across business units with a focus on business efficiency and user experience. Engages collaboration and standardizes deliverables between the different workstreams of the program. Support delivery of Oracle functionality as per agreed business requirements. Support in testing of Oracle functionality to ensure successful implementation. Support in educating and training of key users linked to OIM projects. Supports preparation and delivery of process management related cutover and PGLS activities with OIM Cutover & PGLS Manager.

Vendor Management:

Oversees and manages third parties that are providing functional and technical Oracle expertise related to the OIM activities

Key Shared Accountabilities:

Partnership with other OEA Lanes and teams to achieve goals and exceed business expectations. Oracle project delivery with minimal business disruption with wider OIM team. Oracle technical solution decisions with OOO Lane. Oracle solution testing with OIM Test Manager and KBUs for OIM projects. Oracle SOP and KBA development with O&Q team. Oracle rollout integrations with DII team. Oracle implementation change management, training and communications with CTC team.

Qualifications & Experience:

​Minimum of 3 years experience in process management in support of ERP projects within a multinational engineering, professional services, or similar firm. ​Experience in business control or project delivery within a multinational engineering, professional services, or similar firm. ​Key user or implementation experience with Oracle Fusion cloud in the functional domain of the workstream.
