Join DuPont’s OLED R&D Team – Shaping the Future of Advanced Display Materials Technology 

 

DuPont’s OLED R&D Lab in Hwaseong is hiring an OLED Device Engineer (entry to mid-level) to develop next-generation OLED device technologies. This is an opportunity to be part of a world-class team driving innovation in the OLED industry. 

 

As an OLED Device Engineer, you will lead hands-on R&D activities, from vacuum chamber operation to device design and performance analysis. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to bridge scientific excellence with business goals. 

 

Responsibilities 

 

Operate and manage vacuum equipment  Measure OLED devices and analyze performance data  Design and analyze OLED device structures  Analyze electrical and optical properties of organic compounds  Lead and manage individual R&D projects Translate R&D objectives into business-aligned actions Draft and understand patents related to project outcomes 

 

 

Required Qualifications 

 

MS in Organic Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Display Engineering, Material Science, Electrical Engineering, Physics, or related field Strong knowledge of the chemical, electrical, or optical properties of organic compounds Creativity and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Team player in a multidisciplinary setting Strong verbal and written communication of complex ideas and results 

 

Preferred Qualifications 

 

Prior experience in OLED-related R&D  Hands-on knowledge of organic materials’ electrical/optical properties (2+ years preferred)  Skills in DOE (Design of Experiments) and statistical data analysis  Fluency in English Background in organic chemistry, electrical engineering, or optics
