Job Overview:

Oliver Wyman is looking for an experienced, resourceful, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support the Managing Partner (MP), Global Head of Capabilities. This position will perform diverse, advanced, and confidential daily C-suite level administration.  In this role you will:

Own and successfully execute a variety of administrative tasks for the MP

Manage complex client queries and identify creative solutions

Serve as a thought partner and strategic advisor to MP

Organize ideas, projects, people, time, and resources necessary to advance business priorities

Work closely with the MPs CoS and Leadership Team

Handle confidential/sensitive information with a strong sense of discretion

Structure and deliver high-level communications

Strategic calendar management that aligns with priorities and goals 

Deliver a positive service experience to clients (both internal and external) and build and maintain trusted relationships

Provide proactive and consistent support of the MP’s commercial effectiveness objectives

Collaborate with others to ensure fluid and flawless execution of duties that require teaming

Execute on key initiatives, developing a system that allows you to stay organized while juggling several projects, stakeholders, and priorities at once

Communicate issues when required and emphasize when the MP needs to weigh in or decide

Be curious about Capabilities and OW’s strategy and objectives

Remain open and adaptable to change.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Impact

Viewed by clients as responsive, acting as central point of contact for MP

Complete a variety of administrative tasks including managing extremely detailed and intricate calendars, booking business travel and appointments, organizing video conferences, processing expense reports and vendor invoices and maintaining trusted CRM data

Deliver a positive service experience to clients and work to build and maintain trusted relationships

Understand MP’s business goals and help to push them forward

Proactive ownership of MP’s CRM contacts, opportunities, meetings, and marketing metrics

Regular review of MP’s contacts and proactively identify opportunities for business development meetings to optimize scheduled travel

Experience Required:

10+ years of previous administrative and/or project management experience

3+ years of previous OW EA II experience

Experience with data analysis and reporting a plus

The applicable base salary range for this role is $84,000 - $137,000 USD

 

The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
