Job Overview:

The Business Impact Manager (BIM) plays a critical role in helping with and managing aspects of the operations and strategy of our industry, capability and market teams. The BIM will work as part of the Business Impact Team (BIT) and will support South East Asia Market Leader and two Regional Practice Leaders in enabling market and practice business development and management activities.

Overall, the BIT plays a critical role for the organization as the right-hand person for leaders of our firm. They need to be trusted and have influence with staff at all levels
 

Key Responsibilities:

Practice and Market Management 

Provide critical day to day support for the Practice Heads across a range of areas: problem resolution, drafting presentations and communications, managing the action list, staying abreast and ahead of trends.  Lead implementation of market strategic goals and support the Market Lead in execution of day-to-day priorities including:

Lead practice and market processes, including flagging, coordinating and prompting Market/Practice Leader. Owner and implement ad-hoc projects (i.e., market practice initiatives, specific training curriculum etc) Meeting preparation, management and follow-up including: Preparation of meetings, materials, meeting minute distributions and follow-ups, including plan and drive internal leadership meetings, offsites and events as well as PMO responsibilities, track actions and ensure proactive and timely follow-up.Draft and manage Practice internal communications and relevant Practice presentations.Own the internal communications infrastructure such including distribution lists, teams channels etcCoordinate with other Practices on regional & global projects and strategic priorities

Commercial Activities

Maintain commercial effectiveness tracking and reporting where requiredCoordinate on commercial offerings and campaign management across industries/capabilities /accountsOwn the Project Impact process for the Market/Practice including follow-up, reporting and providing suggestions for actionsManagement Information System (MIS) - Coordinating closely with Finance, KM, and Talent Analytics to develop and produce MIS Work with Finance, Partners, and Talent Management to ensure revenues and investments are properly reflected, captured and tracked

Comms & engagement topics

Own Practice communications including newsletters and commercial updatesWork with the Partner group and internal support teams to ensure all internal information is updated including email groups, intranet and knowledge management system Support Market/Practice on engagement, retention, wellness and Inclusion, Diversity & Belonging initiatives Liaise with Practice Partners and internal support teams to ensure compliance to and best practice in relevant processes (MIS support and Partner objective setting) 

Business Impact support

Be an integral part of the APR Business Impact Team, championing regional and global best practice and process implementation Support the APR BIT team with Practice level process implementation and follow up including the Partner year end processHelp bring Practice staff on relevant change journeysShare best practice with the wider Business Impact Team and provide coverage support when needed

Experience Required:

The ideal candidate will possess 5+ years of experience in a consulting or professional services firm.
