What You Will Do

As a new joiner at Oliver Wyman, you will have the opportunity to work on interesting problems for large clients worldwide, developing your expertise quickly and making an immediate impact. You'll work alongside senior colleagues and clients, working as one to help to solve complex problems and drive meaningful change.

Who Can Apply

Oliver Wyman - Entry-Level Consultant (2026) - Tokyo position is open to students graduating from Q2 2026 to Q1 2027.We look for people who display initiative, intuition, and creativity with a strong problem solving and analytical mindset. We do not require specific academic majors or industry experience and look for diversity of experience and skills. We value extracurricular activities and evidence of leading an interesting and impactful life outside of your studies.Language requirements: Fluency in English is required for positions in all Oliver Wyman offices; Fluency in Japanese is mandatory for all positions in Tokyo office; Candidates who have learned Japanese must possess a JLPT N1 certification.
