The Role:

We are seeking a Senior Lead Concept Designer to join our Design Discipline in New York. In this role, you will translate abstract ideas into actionable designs, serving as a bridge between vision and implementation. This position combines storytelling, design, and prototyping to craft visual and strategic tools that guide innovative solutions.

This role is suited for individuals who excel in dynamic environments and are motivated by the opportunity to explore and shape undefined concepts through a process of inquiry, experimentation, and creative problem-solving. A significant aspect of the position involves collaborating with the Customer First Concept Lab, a team focused on rapid design and innovation within the broader Customer First initiative. By working with industry experts, technologists, and designers, the team collectively develops, tests, and refines ideas to create actionable solutions that help clients and stakeholders better understand and implement innovative concepts.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop visuals, prototypes, and presentations to convey complex strategies.Facilitate design workshops and co-creation sessions with diverse teams across industries.Test and refine ideas through user feedback and rapid iteration.Design scalable frameworks aligned with business goals.Collaborate across disciplines to ensure concepts are feasible and ready for execution.

Qualifications:

5–8+ years in concept design or visual storytelling, with a strong portfolio.Advanced in design tools including Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.Experience in user-centered design and rapid prototyping.Experience leading team members and projects to successful resolution.Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work with ambiguity.Collaborative mindset with a knack for crafting compelling narratives.A passion for learning and experimenting with new tools, trends, and techniques.

The applicable base salary range for this role is  $200-240K

The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, and education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis.

In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
