The Opportunity:
The Talent Management Central Team (TMC) is a team within Oliver Wyman’s Human Capital (HC) department and is designed to offer program management and administrative support to Talent Managers across a number of Talent Management processes. The Talent Management Coordinator will have global responsibilities and will work seamlessly with the global Talent Management team, as well as with Talent Managers in each of our Teams and Regions.
The TMC will also be responsible for interfacing with senior group of stakeholders from across the TM and HC function.
The Coordinator role requires mastery of core coordinator responsibilities, knowledge of Staffing and Performance Management system. This role entails managing multiple demands and competing priorities in a timely manner.
Oliver Wyman is a fast-paced environment that requires fluency in English.
Key Responsibilities:
Activities related to programs and processes for consultant talent and performance management processes, including, but not limited to performance management, global consultant programs, staffing system updates, reporting, developing training materials, and ad hoc Talent Management requests across Oliver Wyman.
Note that while the role will focus on the areas above, some additional support for Talent Management activities may also be required.
Staffing MIS
Staffing and other related system updatesGenerate pre-defined and ad hoc reports from staffing systemConduct regularly scheduled and ad hoc relevant analyses and auditsPerformance management
General Performance Management administration (Career Review & Mid-Year processes, Project Reviews, and other review processes)Providing clear and concise guidance to Talent Managers and review writers on the process and how to execute actions within the systemGlobal and regional reporting
Tracking and ad hoc reportingAd hoc analysis on Talent Management activitiesLabor adjustments; time allotments rectificationTMC Head and Talent Managers support.Experience Required:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, preferably working in performance management or HR administration.Technical Skills:
Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (including basic formulas and pivot tables), Word, and PowerPointBasic understanding of systems and an aptitude for learning to operate new systems of medium complexity.Skills and Attributes:
