Estimating work, linking it to value drivers/benefits and working with the client to evaluate desired pathways to achieve outcomes. Ability to see from concept to completion.Providing summary materials to support decision making and critical conversationsEvaluating overall progress to summarize team accomplishments and provide a path forward towards key objectivesPlanning and structuring tasks and activities into workplans to aid in communication and execution of projectsProactively identifying, capturing, categorizing and mitigating risksAdapting and rightsizing the Veritas project delivery methodology to specific project demandsEstablishing governance that enables executive level decisions to be connected to ground truth through accurate information flow at an appropriate cadenceFacilitating conversations with diverse experiences and POV’s to towards a consensus/decisionEngaging clients for the purpose of expectation management and relationship building; enabling transparent and honest connectionsLeading teams through the process of form, storm, norm, perform towards effective collaborationIdentifying resource needs to address gaps and evaluating areas of resource contention to address bottlenecksWe Value:

The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, and education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
