Omnichannel Excellence Manager MIDI

More than 1.800 employees are striving to work together to improve lives for patients and animals in our region. **THE OPPORTUNITY** As the **Omnichannel Excellence Manager** you will lead and oversee the omnichannel strategy, guidance and implementation for customer engagement channels. Also, you will ensure efficient and effective execution of omnichannel strategy across the region’s (MIDI) Operational Units (OPUs). To do so, you will consult and up-skill the OPUs in omni channel marketing, based on data-driven insights. Furthermore, you will review all digital content for optimized customer journeys and support the OPUs and MIDI Therapeutic Areas (TAs) in adoption of platforms & channels, driving MIDI digital transformation. **This position is based in Amsterdam and reports directly to the Customer Engagement & Omnichannel Excellence Team Lead MIDI.** This is an exciting opportunity where you’ll have the chance to make a real difference, in a creative and dynamic work environment that supports your ambitions and our collective goals within the Customer Engagement and Omnichannel Excellence field. **YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES** + Co-create regional strategy with relevant cross-functional experts. + Ensure that the regional strategy is in line with the Integrated Customer Planning (ICP) and that it is implemented effectively across the MIDI region (with focus on executional excellence). + Implement MIDI Content Governance model to drive content consistency & quality. + Define and track content related KPIs and establish MIDI forum/process for sharing & storing content best practices. + Govern and train the process (incl. best practices & content related tools & platforms) surrounding planning, development, and management of content according to defined customer journeys. + Interface between TAs, CXE and OPUs in case of omnichannel related activities. + Establish strong cadence between MIDIc and OPU Omnichannel Managers and Business Excellence. + Actively contribute to Omnichannel community calls in close collaboration with MIDIc Customer Experience Manager. + Evaluate performance of remote interactions in the frame of the overall regional MIDI Omnichannel strategy in collaboration with stakeholders (establish a MIDI forum to share experiences incl. best & poor practices, derive regional insights.) + Define how remote interactions will be incorporated into customer journeys across channels. + Ensure digital capabilities of Omnichannel Managers (incl.trainings) across MIDIc and OPUs to continue MIDI digital transformation. + Collaborate with several stakeholders on Corporate, Regional and Local levels in a highly cross-functional setting, including senior management. **WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING TO THE TEAM** + Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or professional experience in a related field. + **At least 3 years of experience (Marketing, Sales, Market Access or Medicine) within the pharmaceutical industry.** + Experience working with remote customer engagement and multichannel management including digital projects/tactics. + **Experienced in multi/omni-channel marketing.** + Previous agency experience and (Veeva) CRM, Canvas & Adobe experience is a plus. + Proven track record in project and change management in a matrix organization, ideally in digital transformation. + Excellent understanding of using and managing digital tools. + **Excellent command of the English language.** + Proven ability to think strategically and act operationally. + Agile professional with innovative and creative ideas, able to inspire and lead people/teams. + Data-driven mindset to generate insights. + Business & customer acumen. + Experienced in (agile) project management. + Strong and effective communication, influencing and stakeholder management skills. **WHAT WILL YOU GET IN RETURN?** Next to working in a Global Top Employer (https://www.top-employers.com/en/global-top-employers/) certified company that offers you the opportunity to develop and challenge yourself while learning from a fast-paced environment: + Be part of a wellbeing-oriented organization (Premium access to Headspace , OpenUP and ongoing support and initiatives related to ways of working to help our employees to stay healthy and constantly improve the physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual well-being) + Customized Development plan based on your role and aspirations, with several learning platforms such as LinkedIn Learning Premium (languages + training programs) and our Virtual Campus Lifelong learning at our Virtual Campus | Boehringer Ingelheim (boehringer-ingelheim.com) (https://www.boehringer-ingelheim.com/about-us/corporate-profile/lifelong-learning-our-virtual-campus) + A competitive salary range based on seniority and skills (plus annual bonus, 8% holiday pay and a company pension scheme). + Green mobility package where you get compensated even for cycling to the office – which is an inspiring, sustainable (platinum-certified) building (https://edge.tech/developments/edge-amsterdam-west) . + Hybrid workplace model – flexibility to work from home within the respective country and the office and 31 vacation days to re-energize. + Option to temporarily work from abroad for a limited period (up to 30 working days) - if applicable. + A diverse team and close interaction to international colleagues - We enjoy fun activities and celebrations (e.g., Team events, Christmas Party) and value a respectful working atmosphere!
