Principais áreas de responsabilidade: Trabalhar directamente com Brand and Medical Teams para desenvolvimento de estratégia omnichannel com a criação de conteúdos e user journeys personalizadas e alinhadas com as prioridades da companhia; Monitorizar o desempenho de campanhas através da análise de dados, e reporting, com objectivo de otimização contínua; Realizar pesquisas de mercado e análises da concorrência para identificar áreas de diferenciação e oportunidades de mercado; Apresentar recomendações baseadas em dados para melhorias contínuas nos nossos canais digitais. Identificação, recolha e análise de dados de fontes internas e externas; Revisão de soluções de visualização de dados que reportam dados e desempenho de mercado; Revisão da consolidação de dados do nosso programa de Incentivo à Força de Vendas; Requisitos de competências: Formação académica: Ciências Farmacêuticas, Ciências da Comunicação/Social, Marketing, Data Science, Matemática aplicada, Economia ou Gestão Experiência e/ou conhecimento em: Data programing/coding (Phyton, R, SQL) Data lake (Azure Databricks) Data visualization (Power BI). Conhecimentos de marketing digital; Bons conhecimentos em Word, Excel e Power Point; Inglês avançado; Boa capacidade de comunicação; Problem solving (raciocínio lógico, persistência, observação); Criatividade (busca de inovação através do pensamento criativo); Work Ethic (responsável, disciplina, trabalho em equipa).
