JOB PURPOSE:
The Omniretail Executive is responsible for the end-to-end management of different Modern Trade (MT) customers/accounts

JOB SUMMARY:

Growth Mindset –Must use data and customer engagement to actively hunt for growth opportunities and must act on it accordingly to drive growthOperational and Executional Rigor - Develop account plans and lead initiatives based on account's strategy/business needs aligned with Unilever’s strategy and business priorities in the channel.Customer Relationship - Demonstrate exceptional interpersonal skills to and has the ability to negotiate both strategically and tactically in an agile fast paced channelWork Collaboratively -Work closely with Category, Channel Marketing, Supply Chain and other cross functional partners to ensure that KPIs and activities are implemented on time and in full.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Preferably with 1 to 2 years of Account Management handling Modern Trade customers/ sales experience, or has worked in Unilever Customer Development.Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.Proficient in basic Microsoft applications (word, excel, PowerPoint).Strong operational skills.Analytical thinking, passion for high performance, bias for action.Can drive and work in a field based role within Greater Manila Area (GMA) and nearby provinces.
