JOB PURPOSE:The Omniretail Executive is responsible for the end-to-end management of different Modern Trade (MT) customers/accounts
JOB SUMMARY:
+ Growth Mindset –Must use data and customer engagement to actively hunt for growth opportunities and must act on it accordingly to drive growth
+ Operational and Executional Rigor - Develop account plans and lead initiatives based on account's strategy/business needs aligned with Unilever’s strategy and business priorities in the channel.
+ Customer Relationship - Demonstrate exceptional interpersonal skills to and has the ability to negotiate both strategically and tactically in an agile fast paced channel
+ Work Collaboratively -Work closely with Category, Channel Marketing, Supply Chain and other cross functional partners to ensure that KPIs and activities are implemented on time and in full.
QUALIFICATIONS:
+ Preferably with 1 to 2 years of Account Management handling Modern Trade customers/ sales experience, or has worked in Unilever Customer Development.
+ Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
+ Proficient in basic Microsoft applications (word, excel, PowerPoint).
+ Strong operational skills.
+ Analytical thinking, passion for high performance, bias for action.
+ Can drive and work in a field based role within Greater Manila Area (GMA) and nearby provinces.
