The Role
Responsible for generating revenue for retail concessionary business partners (concessions) across P&O Cruises and Cunard. Working collaboratively to increase revenue and deliver outstanding guest experience. Engaging with key stakeholders across both brands to ensure the concession’s proposition is aligned to brand identity and target market. To execute the business plan, as defined by the Senior Manager, to ensure growth. Oversee the execution of commercial initiatives and review commercial results. Seek direction from the Senior Manager and Director of Retail Concessions in all aspects related to On Board Revenue (OBR) concessions.
You will:
Support the delivery of the wider strategic goals as defined by the Senior Manager Present OBR concession’s business plans to P&O Cruises and Cunard, guest experience and commercial leadership Build relationships with senior management across concession partners; ensuring P&O Cruises and Cunard are represented at the highest level to maximise sales Review and monitor performance across both brands – taking appropriate action to address under performance
Our role categories range from CUK15 (entry level) to CUK1 (Brand President) so you can clearly see internal development opportunities. This role is a CUK07 and is offered on a full-time permanent basis, with hybrid working in our Southampton office, including up to two days from home.
