As an On Call Banquet Set Up you will be responsible for assisting timely and friendly service to create an exceptional experience for all of our guests; creating an atmosphere in which guests feel service is of the highest standards and wherein expectations are not only met but exceeded. Responsibilities include but not limited to; setting up, arranging, and takedown of furniture according to a predetermined diagram established by the Banquet Manager/Banquet Captain/Conference Services staff, developing knowledge of all menu items; completing opening and closing duties as necessary. This position does not have a fixed shift.
