We are looking for an On-Call Cook 3 with not only the right skills but also the right attitude for the role!

Solid knife skills

Preferred Qualifications and Skills
High school education, cooking school or culinary institute education or equivalent experience.
Minimum two years culinary or related work experience.
Advanced culinary knowledge is expected for this position.
Ability to operate, maintain and properly clean deep fryer, broiler, stove, steamer, food processor, mixer, slicer, oven, steam table, tilt kettle, waffle iron, flat top grill. Proficient knife skills and ability to multi-task.
Position regularly involves lifting food cases and materials weighing up to 70 lbs. pushing and pulling, bending, lifting, carrying carts is required.
80% mobility during the shift, 10% continuous standing.
