The Opportunity:

We are seeking a Hair Stylist to be part of Four Seasons Hotel and Private Residences Nashville! Don't miss this unique opportunity to be part of the world's leading luxury hotel company!

*This will be an on-call position.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Making guests feel welcomed, comfortable, and well taken care of by handling all guest interactions promptly and efficientlyAccommodating special requests, resolving guest complaints, and assisting guests in all inquiries related to all spa, retail products, fitness center, and other hotel services.Providing hair services on guests based on their request, including but not limited to blow drys, haircuts, hair color, and extensions.Setting up, operating, and cleaning all equipment in the salon. Prepares the hair stations with the necessary supplies, sets up and breakdown service area. This position is responsible for delivering a professional and high-quality treatment experience to spa guests. 

Preferred Qualifications and Skills:

Must maintain appropriate local cosmetology certificationsPrevious Spa/Salon experience preferred, especially in a luxury environmentMust have strong communication skills, and ability to adapt to constant change within the HotelPrevious customer experience and ability to work effectively under pressureStrong attention to detail and problem-solving skillsAbility to remain calm during challenging situationsMust be flexible with schedule - Able to work weekdays, weekends, holidays, evening shiftsMust be able to work as part of a teamGood communication skills - Reading, writing, and oral proficiency in the English languageKnowledge of the local Nashville area is preferred
