The On-Demand Parts Representative  is the first-line champion of innovative manufacturing solutions for book of named accounts and new customers. By achieving a sales quota, promoting the value proposition of the products and services of Stratasys, this position prospects with outbound sales and account development in the assigned region. In this role, you’ll proactively manage a geographic territory for maximum sales by responding to opportunities, virtual client visits, prospecting within assign customers (Farming), regular contact with the accounts in the territory and obtaining referrals from satisfied customers. This position works collaboratively with multiple roles including sales, marketing, project engineering, project coordinators, and project administrators among others. Primary goal is to meet or exceed established sales activity and order generation goals for an assigned group of accounts within a given region

 

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:

Sales Process Management

• Own the sales process from initial contact to order delivery ensuring parts meet customer expectations. Proper qualification of opportunities by understanding customer needs, budget, buying process and timeline are essential to customer satisfaction.

• Actively seek new revenue through conversion of marketing qualified leads into pipeline opportunities via outbound phone calls and virtual client visits within assigned territory.

• Timely response and engagement to new quote requests.

 • Provide project requirements to production and verify that all information is correct and project is completed as requested.

 • Gather project requirements to provide accurate quotes through discovery.

 • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of quotes and understanding scope of opportunity across engineering and manufacturing team members. 60% 2.

 

Relationship Management

• Independently develop long-term, sustainable relationships with named territory accounts that you manage and own the revenue growth to exceed sales targets.

• Uncover and develop new contacts relationships across customer organizations.

• Manage customer returns to positive experience and customer retention.

 

Strategic Planning and Reporting

• Provide weekly sales orders forecasts and other sales activity reporting for monthly, quarterly, and annual sales plan execution.

 • Maintain accurate records of sales funnel and marketing lead follow up.

• Creation, presentation, and execution of annual strategic territory plans, including key development accounts, retainment activity plans, and expanding acquisition target customers.

 

 

Basic Qualifications

1 or more years business-to-business selling experience

 

Preferred Qualifications

Knowledge of IQS, and experience working with Salesforce.com or similar CRM. Experience with Five9 or similar Call Center System. Experience in a job in the manufacturing services market. Experience with ZoomInfo and/or LinkedIn • Knowledge of 3D printing technologies.

 For this position, the typical annual starting base salary is from  $45,982.80-Max: $60,488.00  base salary, which does not include variable incentive pay. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. Your individual base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, geographical location, and/or experiences.
