The On Premise Coordinator is responsible for facilitating, coordinating and planning all internal and external needs in the Southwest Region, with heavy prioritization across key hot zones, hotels, and Talent/Development trainings and group meetings to look like #1 in our home ground. With Los Angeles, Las Vegas, San Diego and Phoenix being priority cities in the On Premise, it is critical to ensure excellence in availability and execution across top On Premise accounts This role's scope of work also includes hospitality coordination of all Southwest big moments (e.g., WMPO, Rolling Loud, Coachella, LVGP, Year end meetings for local and regional team, Global visits hosting, etc.) This position will act as the bridge between all requests from Red Bull North America employees and the Southwest On Premise team, ensuring fulfillment of all requests and leveraging investments in the market to drive On Premise commercial impact.
