Job Description The On Premise Division Manager is responsible for driving profitable growth in assigned territory while maintaining existing customer base and prospecting new customers. In this role, the On Premise Division Manager will work to maximize profitable sales opportunities by understanding the complexities of their respective channel(s) of business as well as the unique needs of key customers and sales center needs. Will also support and develop customer plans and programs that align with and support both the customers’ and Coke Northeast’s fundamental business objectives, as well as lead On Premise capability building with our Sale Center Operations Teams. Essential Duties & Responsibilities + Build and maintain relationships with key customers internal and external within assigned channel(s) of business to maximize sales and profit and ensure proper execution of pricing and promotional programs + Use a Collaborating for Value approach to understand customer’s internal and external business needs, issues and opportunities and work to develop viable solutions + Optimize placement and appropriate brand/package availability to ensure assets meet minimum performance requirements + Develop and implement volume and profit generating programs and creative marketing promotions with customers + Conduct and or support sales centers in regular business reviews with customers in order to monitor results, assess relationship, re-affirm strategies linked to needs and steward value created for the customer + Execute sales forecasting and ensure proper execution of pricing, promotional programs and Customer Marketing Agreements (CMAs) + Prepare and review monthly volume reports in order to track and monitor performance, identify variances from plan, and ensure any course correction programs are launched to address gaps. + Act as system-wide expert on channel market conditions and trends as well as customer strategies and operating philosophies + This role will assist and support the Coke Northeast Sale Centers as subject matter leaders within FSOP channels. + Will lead Division Customer Relationships in the Alternate Route to Market and Full Line Operator + Will be Liaison with Corporate On Premise Team on National Customers and Stewardship Job Requirements + Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Marketing preferred + 5+ years of experience in a direct sales and/or account management role + Large Store and beverage industry experience preferred + Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint + Excellent verbal and written communication skills + Solid organizational and problem solving skills + High level of accuracy and attention to detail + Valid driver’s license, driving record within policy guidelines, and insurance that meets or exceeds company requirements Benefits & Perks: 401K with Company Match, Health Insurance starting Day 1, Life Insurance, Paid Time Off, Employee Referral Bonuses, Fitness Reimbursements, Tuition Reimbursement, Employee Discounts, Scholarship Opportunities, and so much more! *Benefits may vary by position, location, and union governance* About Coke Northeast: At Coca-Cola Beverages Northeast, we start with great people and great brands, in that order.
